Phillip joined the company in 1979 after starting his real estate career in the Valuer General's Department. Phillip is a registered valuer and licensed Real Estate agent and Director of the company at Merrylands. He has many years experience in the Holroyd area, particularly in the development and sale of large residential sites including townhouse, villa and unit developments.
